New crew ready for lift-off to join International Space Station

Baikonur (Kazakhstan) Jul 6 (EFE)-. Three fresh crew members are ready to venture into orbit and join the International Space Station aboard a Russian rocket, the space explorers said Wednesday.

The crew, consisting of NASA astronaut Kate Rubins, Roscosmos cosmonaut Anatoly Ivanishin and astronaut Takuya Onishi of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), is set to blast off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan, early Thursday.
