Spanish doctors succesfully replace cancerous gluteal muscle with back muscle

A Barcelona medical team successfully replaced a man's cancerous gluteal muscle with a back muscle, the patient told the press on Wednesday.

The operation, which had one sole precedent, took place at the Barcelona Vall d'Hebron Hospital in 2015, but was publicized a year later to ensure it was successful and the patient recovered.
