Italian pianist Ludovico Einaudi, accompanied by activists of Greenpeace Spain, has brought his music to the far north for an event near Norway's Wahlenbergbreen glacier, calling for this to be named a protected area of the Arctic, the NGO said in a statement.
"Being here has been a great experience. I've been able to see the purity and fragility of this area with my own eyes and to play the song I composed in the most magnificent setting in the world," Ludovico Einaudi said from the Greenpeace ship Arctic Sunrise.
